i am very interested in lap band. i have health new england for insurance and live in the springfield area. i know someone who is getting g.b.s. on thursday with dr.fiallo at pioneer valley surgeons. any one else use them?? any place i can go around here who doesnt have a year or more wait??!?!?! (my friend first chose baystate and her first appt, consult, was going to be the 20th..the day she is having her surgery with pvs..) just wanted some insight...im not trying to rush this too much but i also dont want to wait forever.

My doctor is in Dr. Fiallo's office - I use Dr. Haag. I really like him a lot. He is fairly easy to get into for fill appts too, which is good!

I met with Dr. Fiallo in November and had surgery just july 21st the only reason it took me so long is my insurance company denied me so I had to appeal it. but once i got approval from the insurance company it too me 2 weeks to get in for surgery
