I live in Jax. I did decide to go with Dr. Marema. I am a volume eater and I am sick and tired of being hungry, so 1 pound a week is my goal. I lost 4 pounds the first month but not doing too good this month. My appointment is on the 17th so I need to buckle down.

I am using myfitnesspal.com. Check it out. When I plugged in that I wanted to lose 1 pound a week, the daily calories are not bad at all. My problem are the food funerals I am having.

How long is your DSWL? Mine is 3 months. I am hoping to have surgery next month. You?
