Tylenol PM? Sleeping Pills? Something? Buehler.. Buehler....

Hi again!

Ok, so I'm dying on this three day liquid diet and just want to go to bed early tonight. Plus the thought of staying in a TJ hotel ALONE after surgery freaks me out. Are we allowed tylenol PM or some kind of over the counter sleeping aid? I heard Nyquil is a no from my coordinator Christi. Thanks!

I took ambien the night before my surgery. The day of my surgery I was not allowed to take it, but two nights after I was able to resume it. Hope this helps. Good luck to you!
