Has anyone had bad headaches during first days of liquid diet? If so what was your remedy? This is day 4 and it is better so far. Bright side is I have lost 5 lbs so far. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

How much water are you drinking? Did you give up caffeine cold turkey when you started the liquid diet?

I am drinking some but not a lot because I am full in between protein drinks. I feel good other than the headaches. I don't drink caffeine coffee, but I did od on carmel trapped all weekend. I will hydrate more the rest of today and see how it goes. It is better today on day 4 so I am sure more water will help. Thanks for the reply!!!!

You have to drink alot of water the first few days, because, you body is going through a cleaning process and all the toxins are coming out, which causes headaches. Plus, the more water you drink, the more you stay hydrated.

I thought I was going to die the first 3 days! It was horrible, the headache the tired feeling. I think its carb withdrawal. If you are getting your fluids (and I assume you are because you're on a liquid diet) then its just time. I felt better on day 4 and continued to feel better each day.
