Hey, Help me Out Please!

What products or services did you find helpful before, and after banding. For example, protein drinks, books/tapes, websites, dinnerware sized for bandsters, etc etc etc? I know there is so much out there, much of what I've read HERE on lapbandtalk but trying to consolidate it! THANKS :)

Search for a thread (it may be sticky, I'd have to look) on "what to get before surgery" or something similar. It's a single/consolidated location for people to post their own must-haves, good ideas, etc.

GNC has some wonderful soy protein products. I would highly recommend going there and checking them out. The protein I use is soy based and has 25 grams in only 1 serving. Good luck.

Since being banded I have not brought anything out of the ordinary.I made my own soups at first and processed foods that I would normally eat with my family. If there has been things that I know wouldn't go down for me I just give them a miss.I choose not to buy succulent steak as I would die with envy so I just don't put myself through that. You do not need to make this a huge issue what you need as you will manage if you take things easy and think befor you eat.LOL

Good luck
