foster farm's turkey meatballs put a little gravy on them if they get too dry, but they are really moist!!

Your main focus should be protein and not carbs!!!

Pasta is really discouraged because it fills up our sleeve to quickly and is full of carbs. So no!

I can't believe your dr. didn't give you any guidelines. Don't you have a nutritionist??

You should go online or get the low carb diet book and make your own guidelines ...list high protein meats and low carb fruits and veggies I did that also and even dairy products and nuts are listed . That will really help you, Im 8 days post op also and Im only allowed broth still, for another 3 weeks. Lasagna is def not mushy....not only the carbs but the tomato sause pretty soon for you,

No no guidelines & I have no nutritionist...I went to Mexico...
