I went to http://www.nashuanutrition.com/store/clearance/ and they have expired protein bullets at about half price. I think I will buy some and judge from there. I am not real comfortable buying expired food. Kinda hate to take the chance on losing money but hate to pass savings if they are still good. Is this a powder? I would think a powder would not go bad very fast but a liquid might.

Protein bullets are liquid. Typically they are made from incomplete proteins and are therefore not the best source of proteins.

Plus I hear they are disgusting in taste. Expired means they may not provide the same nutritional information that is on the package. As things degrade over time. So the protein (which is the wrong protein) may be breaking down.

Exp. dates are on things for a reason. I am sure it would not hurt you, but I am sure they are probably not as effective as fresh!

I bought one of these and really hated the taste and texture of it. I don't know about the whole degrading etc, but I think you should buy one at a store and try it and see if you like it first.
