1.5 weeks out exercise

Hello, I am about a week and a half out and have been walking at the gym for about an hr a day, today i walked 3.3 miles in an hr. I feel like i need to do more, like i want to hit the weights and run did anyone else get this feeling or have this feeling early out when they couldnt do much? Any suggestions?

WOW! Just what you are doing is awesome. I had surgery June 21st and have not exercised yet since then. Still a bit too sore but I hope to be starting after I see my surgeon next week for my 2 week checkup. Keep up the good work!

I too have walked everyday since my surgery-just about!!! I wanted to do so much more, but was limited until my 6 weeks check up. I wasn't allowed to lift over 10lbs and NOTHING abs at all!!

After 6 weeks I could do whatever I wanted to do! Now, I jog and lift weights.
