My BMI is now 34

I started out at 38. With a 20 lb drop I am now in obese class 1 category. I have to lose 24 more pounds to it the over weight category, but I am getting there. 20 lbs was a big thing for me :confused:

hey mia!!! you are doing great!! i am still stuck at 190, and have fluctuated up to 197 on some days, but i keep going back to 190.
