fluids help! 3 day post op

i just can't drink anymore I am going to explode. I doubt I got three cups in today. 8 cups...how am i gonna do it. i feel like i never stop sipping and i just want to take a nap. after how many days of just three cups before i should call my doctor. i brought those tiny medicine cups from the hospital, but i can't find them. i only have the teaspoon, table spoon thingys and i don't know how much an ounce is. they said an ounce every 15 minutes.
