Opti Fast Hell Begins Tomorrow

I wrote a really good post and it disappeared. Everything Pre Op is done -- drinking the Barium for the Upper GI was gross.

Tonight I am having a Giant Steak for dinner. Tomorrow begins two weeks of Optifast. They did say I could have sugar free Jello and sugar free pops so thats cool.

They gave me chocalate and strawberry - not a vanilla fan at all.

Its not so bad - here is hoping the two weeks go by rapidly for you. I did Optifast for four months a few years back, the original program with only the shakes - 16 weeks was a nightmare :)
