Anyone out there at 3+ yrs?

I have decided on the sleeve with Dr Kelly. Now, I'm just waiting on my hubby to agree :rolleyes:! Can anyone give me and idea of how thing are 3 or more years out? I've seen plenty of posts that go up to 1 year and some for the 2 year mark, but what about LONG TERM? I don't want to spend all this money for something that will only work for a couple of years. I'm looking forward to hearing some great stories of long term success!
