I was never banded, but there is a thread on here you can look at for those revised from band to VSG. Do this by scrolling down in topics. Best wishes for this Friday. The sleeve does work! No regrets.

Hi pcapo, checkout some of LilMissDiva and Tiffykins' posts. They were band to sleeve conversions and they're doing obscenely well!! I think they have pics on their profiles so you could look there too.
