Will acid reflux get better?

I got sleeved 6 April, My doctor fixed my hiatus hernia and he got excited that my value is looking better now, I expected that my acid reflux will get better. However it did not L, it is just the same may be littel worse. I am on PPI medicines and it does not seem to help much… since I am on the liquid phase the Water is making my reflux worse. Anyone who is few months older in the sleeve and eventually had the reflux reduced to give me hope or advice? I am kinda disappointed that I have to suffer from the reflux with all the mood swings that comes with this period already..
