Any WLS book recommendations?

I am looking for a good book about Weight Loss surgery to read during my recovery. Can anyone recommend one? Maybe something that mentions ways to deal with emotional eating or the changes we will go thru etc.

These were recommended to me by my therapist and nutritionist:

Mindless Eating. Why We Eat More Than We Think by Brian Wansink, PhD

The Emotional First Aid Kit. A Practical Guide to Life After Bariatric Surgery by Cynthia L. Alexander PsyD (this is the only one that I've read)

WLS for Dummies
