Finally got a surgery date =)

I've been reading through this forum for quite some time...longingly anticipating my turn...I had started this process back in July of 2010 and I finally have a surgery date!!! March 29th is the big day!! whew hooo!!! I'm having it done at mayo clinic..they are so darn conservative, it seems like it's taken FOREVER and a day. but now i'm 2.5 weeks pre- surgery...almost there, i guess it's time to take some before pictures this weekend so i have a starting point...i'm a photographer, so i'm used to making things look pretty...hmmm no way i'm going to be able to make my body pretty...there isn't enough photoshop in the world..ha ha ha...But i will do it anyway because i find the before and after pictures SO SO motivating. I also told myself i will start running when i get below 200. I'm about 240 right now. So here is the question...I"m really big on my Vitamins and supplements, i take alot...on a normal day i take a multi, Vitamin c, b12, niacin, Biotin, tumeric, fishoil, flaxseed, and usually wheat grass blend along with trace minerals. will i be able to continue taking those after the surgery or am i going to have to wait? Mayo policy on the liquid diet is 4-6 weeks but they said they have NEVER had anyone with a leak because of the longer liquid. wondering if any one has any ideas on this? I'm glad to be here, yall seem very supportive !!!
