Very interesting article

I just got this article in a newsletter. I wanted to share it since I am on a fruit kick and thought I may be doing some damage, but apparently I'm just adapting to a different mindset. Don't get me wrong, i'm not overindulging in fruit, just eating it to satisfy my sweet tooth, instead of candy or Cookies, and it does help keep the plumbing flowing if you know what i mean.

Hope you enjoy!

I like his mindset. Protein first is great, but a lot of us (including myself!) have to rely on overprocessed chemicals to make sure we get enough - shakes or bars. Most of these have a 20-ingredient list! I make sure to have 2-3 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Natural product, and I find that when I eat more fruits and veggies, my skin's better, too!

Thanks for sharing, love it, i think we should get as much fresh fruit and vegetable as we can. It makes me feel fresh and healthy, as opposed to a lot of cheese and processed meat!
