What am I doing wrong?

I was sleeved Jan. 26,2011. I have been very faithful to my post op diet... I am getting all my protein requirements and water intake. I have not eaten any carbs ( breads, potatoes, pasta etc) I have only lost 20 lbs and 10 of that was during my pre op diet. I haven't lost any weight in a week. I am taking in about 600-800 calories daily. I try to walk almost everyday for about 30 minutes. So what gives?!? I am very frustrated and feel so disappointed! Can anyone tell me what to tweak?

How much do you weigh? If you are a lightweight (200-250) you will probably lose less compared to people who are heavier. Also, could you post your daily intake? Seeing what and how much you are eating will help us help you. Don't give up!

I currently weigh 196. My daily intake is typically

Breakfast: protein shake 8 oz skim milk = 90 cal. 7 carb. 15 protein

Lunch: tuna with shredded cheese 1 tsp mayo =. 190 cal. 0 carb. 23 protein

Dinner: salmon with shredded cheese 1 tsp mayo= 190 cal 0 carb 24 protein

Snack: 2 Popsicles 30 cal. 8 carb. 0 protein

you'll lose. Just keep doing what you're doing . You are eating right.

It does go much slower for people who aren't all that big to begin with.
