Weight loss timeline icons

I know this may sound like a silly question but I've noticed that there are several fellow sleevers on here that have these cute timeline type icons that monitor their progress. I'd like to do that on my page and am not sure how to get this. Can anyone assist please?

    - Go to somewhere like www.TickerFactory.com

    - Once your ticker is configured there, back on VST clickon My Settings on the drop down under Signed in as (at the top left of yourscreen)

    - Then click the Profile tab (3rd one inafter the Settings and Forms tabs)

    - Click Change Signature (3rd one downon the left)

    - Paste in your tickerfactory link there

    - Click Save Changes at the bottom of screen.
