Hey guys!!

Has anyone appealed their denial and won the appeal ? If so, could you please send me a copy of the letter that you used or tell me a great website that helps people with appealing. I was denied because my BMI in 2007 was a 39.....unbelievable. I think I may have a case because my PCP said my height was 5'2 and the surgeon's office had 5'3 recorded which is what the insurance company based the numbers on.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!!

Sweetiepie - Go to the insurance and financing section of the board. There are a lot of people who have posted their appeal letters to that board. Good luck on your appeal!
