Feeling better

Thanks everyone for your wonderful inspiring words during my very emotional 2 more weeks to surgery. Things are going better. My Mom was diagnosed with cancer about a year ago and thank God is in remission but it was in her lower stomach now all I can think about is "Oh when they open me up (laproscopic) they'll have to quit and not be able to do my surgery, they'll find something wrong with me. Now, why, would a normal human being set and think of stupid crap like that. Lord, I'll be so glad to be banded, healthy, and home.

Love you all,

SHerri

Well I'm glad you're feeling better Sherri. My surgery will be the day after yours. I'm feeling very nervous about the whole thing, to the point that I think I'm giving myself anxiety attacks. My doctor had told me that stress brings them on and I'm starting to believe him. Anyway, I'll keep you in my thoughts as your surgery approaches.

My surgery is on Tuesday the 27th and I too am getting nervous, anxious and having all kinds of different feelings about it. I am afraid like you that they will get inside me then change their mind or something and me wakening up and finding out that it wasn't done.
