Had my first (4) tortilla chips yesterday with beans and guacamole.... easy to get down for sure... ate about 15% of what I used to eat that that restaurant.

What I do is either have grilled chicken or sliced cheese that I put on the chip so that I am eating protein with the chips which fills me up quickly. I also count out a certain amount of chips I always get the baked kind put it on a small plate along with the chicken or cheese which helps.
