Thanks Globe -- this was really interesting -- especially this statement:

In other words exercise and sugar both light up the same areas of the brain, and give the same type of pleasure -- no wonder I can't wait to get outside!! It's my new sugar! :D

I totally believe and agree with this, I've read about becoming becoming depressed when they don't run also the lady who replied saying she feels like she is "floating" pretty amazing. rolleyes.gif
