NSV, SV, and excitement

I've been up and down on weight many times in my life. 4(ish) years ago I was fitting into size 36 pants and I saved them in the hopes that one day I'd lose weight again and be able to fit in them. Well, yesterday I pulled them out of the closet and they fit great! YES!

We just had a health screening here at work and I felt great when they weighed me. Although I'm still above my ideal weight, I'm on my way there! My blood pressure had gone back to normal, and I'm great on paper now!

Just excited and wanted to share!
