I have found for beginners, the Richard Simmons DVD's and the Leslie Sanson Walk Away The Pounds are wonderful !!!

I workout to the Buns of Steel and Abs of Steel videos. They're a killer but worth the effort.

I have just started doing a great video that has worked wonders in the past for me... I dropped 60 pounds in the past in less than 4 months.

It is called Slim in 6. Really good aerobics / resistence training / core training.

I am sure it will do it's trick again this time.

I am workin up to my previous Zoomba self.....Can only do about 10 min at this point... Its a cardio nightmare!!!!! *sigh* used to be able to dance for 4 hours
