Pre-op appt tomorrow!!!! Questions???

I'm SOOOOOO excited!!!! My pre-op appt is TOMORROW!!! It was supposed to happen last Wed, but was cancelled due to all the ice we had last week. What questions should I ask tomorrow? Here are a few I thought of, but I'd appreciate any suggestions!

Will my sleeve stretch back out?

How long do we need to use birth control for after surgery? 1 year? 18 months?

What bougie size do you use?

How long will it take after surgery to get back to my everyday life? Driving? Lifting?

Ok, those are all I can think of for now! Thanks so much! Can't wait to get my surgery date tomorrow, too!! WooHoo!!!!

    How much total out of pocket will it cost? I went to my first appt and found out they charged a $600 program fee on top of what they bill insurance!! And it was to come out of my pocket!!! I'm happy to say I've switched doctors!!
