Just Paul, I just think that he just missed the references in the joke.

The "thread killers" is another thread (conversation) taking place on this forum in which the reason for threads which suddenly stop are discussed. For example, Paul just mentioned green ooze from all orifices, since most people won't know how to handle a comment like that, the thread will now die off. This essentially makes Just Paul's comment just a thread killer.
