Post op nausea

I am sure its been asked many times but...i am 15 days post up and i still have nausea. Mild to severe some days. Its just a constant thing. I do take gravol which seems to tame it a bit but it never completely goes away. Makes it hard to get my fluid/protein intake in. I am still on full fluids and will be for another 2.5 weeks or so. Was wondering if anyone had the same thing and what they did to help it? Will be calling the surgeons office on Monday too to see if he suggests anything.
