I would think some fruit is good for you. My Dr did say take care with the acid fruits and vegs early out. And watch the fiber in citrus too... but you have got to be far enough out to have some fruit. My doc doesn't even ask us to count carbs, just protein first. veg and fruit second, carbs third.

I don't think it's bad. Just be careful with fruits because they have lots of carbs. (If you're paying attention to them)

And, because oranges are so acidic... they scare me! lol
