February 6th 2011

I have booked to be sleeved on February, 6th. I am going through a company called Cosmetic Bliss and will be going to Brno in the Czech Republic. The surgeon is Dr M Cierny.

I am very anxious and excited. Will probably be scared closer to the time.

I am looking for any advice on what to expect and what to do to help my body & mind get through this dramatic change.

Has anyone here had any experience with Cosmetic Bliss or Dr Cierny?

I am so grateful to have found this forum and have really been enjoying reading everyone's posts.

I am 35 and married with no kids. We do have a cat though and he rules the roost. I was born and raised in Canada, but moved to England in 1996 and married a Brit. We live in Kent, England, not too far out from London. I work for a big bank and I also work with people who have severe learning disabilities on a part time basis. I have been a yo-yo dieter my entire life and tried every decent and indecent methods of trimming down without any long term success. We're hoping that the weight loss and new healthier lifestyle will help us to finally get pregnant.
