January 21 surgery date

I have a date and I am so ready to get this going. I am a 50 year old with a 8 yr special needs girl I adopted as a single parent and need to keep up with her. I so want to ice skate with her and maybe this summer go swimming with her instead of finding others to take her all the time. But mainly I want to feel better! Bending over is such a big thing now and I just want my body to stay up with my mind. Will keep you posted and please tell me any suggestions you have.

Thanks

Congrats on upcoming surgery date. You will need someone to assit you during your recovery, escpecially with a child. Not knowing needs of child, I am unable to provide guidance. Have you spoken to your surgeon about how long before you can ...(enter daily activity/movements needed)?

What kind of questions or conerns do you have?

Best wishes! No regrets.
