Feel Sick

I had the sleeve on November 19th and today is the first time I had mushy foods. I tried a little hummus and about a half hour after I had it I started to feel sick and then was on the toilet a long time, has anyone else experienced this and how long did it take you to get over the sick feeling after eating, I look forward to your responses.
