What can/can't I take with vitamin D-3 softgels

I know this has been asked before. . . but can someone please tell me what multi-Vitamins etc that I can or can't take with Vitamin D-3. . . I stared taking is about 3 weeks ago and it has made me feel so much better . . . I haven't feel this good in a long time and I am giving the vitamin D-3 5000 iu liquid gels the credit. . . I just don't know if i can mix it with multi-vitamins or Omega oils. . . thanks so much for the help. . . :)
