Protien Powder

I was wondring, I just had the sleeve surgery and when I make soup I put unflavored protien powder in the soup but I cannot finish all the soup so I put it in the fridge to re-heat to finish the rest the next day, does the protien powder still give us much protien to the body the next day ofter sitting in the soup all this time.
