Does Barium Make You sick?

Does anyone know if there is such a thing as being allergic to Barium?

Everytime I have to drink it (pre-surgery, post surgery and 1st fill) I get the serious Bubble Guts and extreme stomach cramps.

Does this happen to anybody else? I just dread going in for the fills and drinking that stuff - even though it only last for a day or so.

There is someone on LBT who posted about being allergic to barium but I can't remember who it was. Hopefully they'll see this thread. :)
