Many of us were given different guidelines by our doctors. Mine was 10 days clear liquid, 10 days solid liquid, 10 days mushies, then on to regular food.

I think it depends on your surgeon. Mine was one week from the day you get released from the hospital on clear liquids. Then one week full liquids.

It depends in the doctor. I was giveb 3 days clear, 10 days full liquids, the two weeks mushies, the 2 weeks soft solids and then 2 weeks solids.

Ditto. It depends on the surgeon. I did 3 days of just water, then had to keep some really runny blended up 'proper' food down before I was discharged. I was on that for a couple of weeks before progressing to mushies.
