Antibiotics

I have a sinus infection. Have been on Leviquin for 5 days now (500 mg/daily) and am still suffering, ear ache, feeling I have water between my ears, drainage, etc. My PCP gave me pills instead of liquid. I am 8 1/2 weeks post-op. Starting to wonder now if my new stomach cannot absorb the antibiotic which is why I am not feeling better?
