I had a VSG 3/16/10, revision from band. I have since developed a hiatal hernia (discovered after a trip to the ED) Can it be repaired? I know the normal procedure a Nissen Fundoplication would be hard to do with what little stomach I have left. My main concern is developing Barrett's esophagus. I also am concerned with taking PPI's for an extended time frame. Is there a repair procedure?
