The official Spaghetti Squash topic~

I was just eating this for lunch :wink1: (no vsg yet) and was wondering how everyone handles this superfood (i love my squash *hugs it* :001_cool:) after surgery. Does anyone have problems with it?

    It works great. I make a spaghetti squash mac-n-cheese, I mix it with ground meat or chicken and alfredo sauce with other regular spaghetti, I've made a veggie dip with it. It's pretty versatile, and while my husband and son are not huge fans of it on it's own, they don't gripe when I toss it in the mix with other stuff.
