Dr. Hoehn in Kansas City?

Am new to this forum and wanted to check to see if anyone used Dr. Hoehn in Kansas City. I am scheduled for my initial consult with him on June 30. Does he require pre-op diet? Anything else you can tell me would be great. I am self-pay and understand surgery may be shortly after initial consult without insurance hoops to jump through.
