gurgles and more gurgles!!

Has anyone had this phenomena....over the past week everytime I swallow something..with the exception of water..my insides start growling and growling. I think it is gas. Am I eating to much roughage...I do eat one to two small salads daily.

Me, too! It's not all the time, but daily, for months now. I have a "rumbly in my tumbly"...isn't that a Winnie the Pooh thing? Anyhow, sometimes it makes me worry there's a problem. I imagine my band is eroding. I don't know, but it's time to think about an endoscope? I don't think you can have too much roughage though. Surely 2 salads a day isn't a problem? Do you have alot of gas? I do lots more "farting" then I used to (pre-band) and I feel like I need to sip some of that Super Dieters Tea and get cleaned out. Anyway. I'm rumbly, too. Is this normal? Anyone else?
