Southern Sleevers?

Hi everyone. I am considering getting the sleeve and am trying to figure out how I can afford it and who the good doctors are locally. If you have had a sleeve done in the south who was your Doctor and your thoughts on him or her?

Hello! I don't know exactly where you are, but I am in NC and I am being sleeved tomorrow by Dr. Ryan Heider at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center. He is fantastic! He is by far the most experienced sleeve surgeon in NC. He also has a great personality. I strongly recommend him, and I haven't even been sleeved yet!

How exciting! I'm in East TN, right outside of Knoxville. Keep us updated on your surgery, I'd love to know how it went!

Great Surgeons in Gainesville and John's Creek (ATL Bariatrics) GA. Good but not affordable for most without funds, insurance...Some good drs in Centers of excellence in Mexico, but KNOW BEFORE YOU GO! TheWorldAccordingtoEggface.com is good resource.

I'm in Dandridge TN. My Doctor was Dr Black in Anniston Alabama. It was a four hr drive but well worth it. Mine was self pay . My insurance wouldn't cover the gastric sleeve, but they would cover the hiatal reflux surgery. My part was 7500. The hospital staff and facility was amazing. I had surgery Oct 4th 2016. Down 33lbs
