Dr Francisco Gonzalez?

Anyone use him in TJ, Mexico? I did a post search but couldn't find anything. I am really wanting to stay close to border (just-in-case) but have pretty much ruled one clinic and wanted to see if this Dr. came a little more highly recommended then other.
