Amazing. I can cross my legs now, without having to lift them up with my arms. I have not been able to do that in five years.

I can bend down and not have to have something near me to help push me up.

I can get into the car without feeling like I am a contortionist.

I can fit in a restaurant booth without my stomach touching the table.
