Food Log

I have started my pre opt diet today, suppose to be 2 weeks but they scheduled me for Feb 22nd. They said if I still to it I would be fine. I am so excited.

I am looking for a easy online food log. Any suggestions?

    Ditto, exactly what Tiffy said. Tried them all and Myfitnesspal. com is the easiest with the most foods and protein that I eat.
