Hi New Here Any Vegetarians Here?

Hi, My name is Alysha from Ventura County, CA. I'm a Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian (more lacto - then ovo :hungry: .)

My surgery is scheduled for the 26th of June with Dr. Joya in Mexico.

Was wondering what the journey was with food, weight loss, etc. for any veggies on here.

I like to fry tofu in olive oil 0 cal spray with soy sauce. I then steam fresh green beans and then stir fry with tofu and squeeze a bit of fresh lemon on it, yummy!

I love the Morningstar Farms sausage links and eat them quite often. Good Protein and not too bad in the other areas. Also like the burger cumbles and use for chili, spaghetti sauce, etc. Haven't had the chicken patties for ages but used to like them, too. I also use Worthington brand canned meat analogs but they are hard to find in some areas.

I also eat refried Beans and salsa a lot cuz it's easy when I come home from work tired and not wanting to cook.
