Hi???Š I mix Benefiber into water or crystal light. You can't taste it at all! It helps!

I've been having bathroom issues for the past couple of days and decided to increase my veggie intake. It seems to be helping a little bit, but I'm going to go grab some benefiber today - thanks for that suggestion Lauren!

My surgeon advised against any kind of fiber supplement. Maybe because I have band with plication...but they feel it's better to increase water and natural fiber like Vegies than to risk fiber products not dissolving and causing a build up and thus a blockage.

It's so crazy how all surgeons are different. Mine highly recommended Benefiber! It dissolves great just a few shakes of the water bottle and you can't even tell it's in there :)

i'm not banded yet but recently i started working more healthy fats into my diet and bam it's made me regular. olive oil in salad dressing or sardines or healthy nuts as a snack. again not sure how banded stomachs react to those foods. previously i was eating tons of vegetables and drinking lots of water was going something like every third day.
