On the final stretch!

Ive had 4 out of my six monthly visits to the bariatric surgeon. Have my psych eval scheduled for this saturday sept 21st. And picking up my letter of necessity next week from my primary then my 5th appt is on oct 9th. Last one is my pre surgery labs and ekg then surgery we are pushing for surgery date no later than nov 20th. Soo excited.
