Motivation

Do any of you have a fitbit? It motivates me to keep moving until I reach 10,000 steps. I don't go to bed until I reach my goal.

I gifted myself with a Fitbit One when I hit 50 pounds lost. It's really nice to see in raw data how active/lazy I can be sometimes. It definitely makes me more active to see it.... ~David.

I have had mine since December and unfortunately I have never hit 10,000 steps. I get to 5000 on a good day. Only 3700 so far and the day is almost over.

It is a great tool to move your body.
