i think everyone has episodes of "self doubt".... i am just beginning my journey and won't be banded until feb/march...but i have all of it planned as i get closer to freedom... i will be emptying out my pantry cabinets, and fridge of any and all things that could stand in the way... starting new and fresh... i live alone so it won't be hard to do that....as for my thoughts if you have children/spouse in the home...if they aren't having issues with weight then i would have a selected area for them to keep things that i surely won't want to have access to and have it under lock and key until i am in control of me... i would hope that if you have a significant other they would want to support you by learning to eat healthier as well and then you could forego the above mentioned necessity ... but either or...i wish you the best on your new journey and look forward to seeing your accomplishments along the way....
